Our team includes VESA sales staff who planned the move, prepared a lot of leaflets about Qwik Jon product information, and included a laptop in case customers want to see the operation video clip or more detailed information about the product.

At 9:00 am, we started the survey. The destination is Cau Go Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City. We divided the area and spread it along each small street, each shop. Spring is coming with colorful flower flags.

When entered each small alley, we saw there are very small, crowded and cramped houses. We asked an old lady and knew that she has lived here for more than 40 years. The situation of an entire alley with 6-7 households living with a single toilet that is old, smelly, dark and full of spider webs is common. People living here are no stranger to waiting in line to go to the toilet. Adults wait until work time to go to the office toilet. Young children and the elderly use the potty and then pour it out. Going to the toilet in the old town has become an obsession of tourists if they are in a hurry.

Having to witness and experience it with our own eyes, we know how hard it is for the people here to use the shared toilet!

We respectfully hand-delivered each leaflet introducing Qwik Jon products to grandparents and aunts. Perhaps Qwik Jon was made just for them. Looking at them thoughtfully reading each word, they must have been very concerned. We have enthusiastically consulted in each page of text, each product image with all the knowledge about the product. Hope to serve them one day, multiplying the joy every day in their lives.
