Welcomed JFILS business delegation at VESA headquarters

On the morning of February 27, 2023 at the headquarters of VESA company, there was a meeting with the JFILS business delegation from Japan.

At the meeting, Mr. Tani Kazumi, Director of JFILS presented in detail about CMs enzyme activation technology and specific implementation results at Ngoc Hai Fishing Port, Do Son District, Hai Phong City. Accordingly, CMs technology can treat wastewater with high organic concentration; good deodorizing effect and greatly reduce excess sludge. This is a new, advanced technology, the result of 20 years of research and testing by the dedicated scientists of JFILS. This technology has been patented in Japan.

The two sides have agreed on forms of cooperation in technology transfer of CMs. VESA has proposed JFILS projects that can be coordinated to deploy and research expansion directions with high practical application in Vietnam.

CMS ie Catalysis + Microorganism + Support = Catalyst (enzyme) + Microorganism + Support agent.

CMs – Wastewater treatment with enzyme activation technology.

The difference of CMs compared to conventional methods (activated sludge) in wastewater treatment rich in organic matter is the use of enzymes to catalyze the growth of microorganisms. Self-regenerating enzymes help to reproduce microorganisms.

CMs effectively treat wastewater with high BOD concentration (1,000-10,000mg/l), high n-Hex (700mg/l), wide PH range (4.7-10.5) , reducing the amount of sludge and odors.
