Characteristics of wastewater
Wastewater flowing into the wastewater treatment plant comes from hospital operations:
Toilet waste water from the rooms. (including Black water, which is wastewater generated from toilets and urinals; Gray water, which is wastewater generated from sinks and bathtubs) This wastewater flows into the septic tanks on both sides of the building, then flows into the conditioning tank wastewater.
Wastewater from the kitchen, contains a lot of grease. This waste water flows into the grease separation tank, then flows to the conditioning tank.
Radiotherapy wastewater, flows into the disintegration tank. Then flows to the conditioning tank.
Technology proposal
Option: MBR . technology
Aerobic technology combined with MBR membranes is one of the most advanced technology options. The chambers in the MBR aerobic unit also include treatment compartments such as conditioning, anoxic, aerobic, sludge incubation. However, the settling chamber is replaced by the MBR membrane filter compartment.

Description of work items
Garbage screen: Blocking garbage protects the pump and filter
Conditioning tank: Receiving wastewater, regulating the flow of wastewater. At the conditioning tank, there is a flow-regulating pump system that works according to the signal of the water level indicator. To separate the floating scum in the tank, 01 pump tank is installed to ensure the separation of the wastewater pumping area and the floating scum, creating favorable conditions for the pump to work well.
Anaerobic tank: Decompose organic matter, converting organic matter from non-biodegradable form to more easily degradable substances. Create good conditions for the biological works behind.
Anoxic biological tank: Synthetic treatment of pollutants containing Nitrogen and Phosphorus. Here, the process of reducing NO3– to N2 gas takes place in an anaerobic environment, NO3– plays the role of accepting Electron. Bacteria gain energy for growth from converting NO3– into N2.
Aerobic tank: has the task of thoroughly treating organic matter, nitrifying ammonium, removing part of pathogens in wastewater. The fine foam gas distribution system is installed under the treatment tank to increase the efficiency of oxygen dispersal into the water. This amount of oxygen is responsible for directly oxidizing organic matter, a part of the remaining oxygen is responsible for mixing the activated sludge with water.
MBR membrane filter tank: The MBR membrane filter module is responsible for separating sludge, and bacteria in wastewater, maintaining sludge concentration in the project, and ensuring the quality of water after treatment.
Sludge tank: Store and treat the sludge generated in the treatment works. The treatment method is to stabilize the sludge by aerobic method, minimizing odor generation.
