On December 12, 2022, the VESA Executive Director and Head of Construction Department visited, inspected and urged the wastewater treatment plant under the investment project to build the Village Head Area belonging to the Ethnic Villages at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.

The investor of this project is Tung Son Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company; Capacity: 600 m³/day, Category: wastewater treatment; Project implementation location: Dong Mo village, Son Tay town, Hanoi city, Vietnam.

Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village is a project of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with a total investment of up to 3,200 billion VND. This project started construction in October 1999. Its capital is mobilized not only from the State budget but also from domestic and foreign investors.

The total area of this project is 1,544 hectares. The main highlight is the area of ethnic villages with an area of ​​nearly 200 hectares, recreating the unique cultural values of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. This is considered an ideal destination for domestic and international tourists to learn vividly about the country’s ethnic policies. At the same time, it is also a place for entertainment, sports, nursing and cultural activities to meet the needs of tourists near and far.
