Today, January 12, 2024, VESA officially handed over the wastewater treatment plant of the Riverview Luong Son Housing Area project. The customer is Riverview Luong Son Co., Ltd.. Item: Supply and installation of wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 420 m³/day. Location: Mo hamlet, Luong Son town, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.

It is known that Riverview Luong Son is a project jointly implemented by 873 Joint Stock Company – Traffic Construction (CIENCO 873) and TASECO Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, with a scale of 8,64 ha.

The project is well-planned with unique architecture, synchronous technical and social infrastructure systems, and is designed to serve the convenience of residents. The project undergrounded the entire wastewater drainage system, communications, power supply, and water supply under the sidewalk.
